FAQs
Do I need a consultation?
If it’s your first time considering any aesthetic treatment please either complete my online consultation form or book an in person consultation. If completing the online form, I will review/assess your photos and be in contact with personalised medical feedback of suitable treatment(s), procedure details, cost, along with before and after images of similar treatments/cases treated in my clinic. If you are attending a consultation in person we will discuss your concerns and I will create your bespoke treatment plan in person.
How do I know I am in good hands?
I have trained for 7 years at University and Medical School, studying advanced anatomy and medical physiology. Following on from my degrees I have worked for the past few years as an NHS Doctor in various specialties incuding A&E, General Medicine and General Practice. I completed my Aesthetics training with a world-renowned training academy, I am comitted to the highest standards in ethics and patient safety. I only use the highest quality products which have gone through all the appropriate regulatory and approval tests for use in the UK and are CE marked.
What if I am anxious or nervous?
Your comfort is my top priority. I use a high quality numbing cream to ensure treatments are as comfortable as possible, and I take time to explain every step of the process so you feel informed and at ease. Throughout the treatment, I regularly pause to check in and make sure you are comfortable. I am approachable, patient and always happy to answer any questions or talk things through- so you never feel rushed or unsure at any point.
The Consent Process
During the consent process I will explain the treatment, how it works, any risks and benefits of the treatment. I will also explain what to expect during and after the treatment. My consent process involves taking before and after photos which are held securely and confidentially on my secure computer system. I will make sure you are fully informed before we proceed with treatment.
Deposit
A deposit is taken at the time of booking, this secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total price you will pay at your appointment. I require 48 notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If an appointment is cancelled within this time, your deposit is non-refundable.
Aftercare
I aim to ensure you feel supported throughout your treatment journey with me. After your treatment, I will provide you with an aftercare advice leaflet containing useful information about how to look after the treated area. I am happy to answer questions or concerns and can offer follow ups after your treatment if required.
